Rules Actions

The Rules Engine offers a variety of actions that can be executed when specific conditions are met. These actions are categorized based on the entity they apply to: Orders and Customers.

Order Actions

  • Cancel Order: Automatically cancels the order when it receives the tag defined in the rule.
  • Place Order on Hold: Puts the order on hold when it receives the tag specified in the rule.

Customer Actions

  • Block Customer: Blocks the customer when they receive the tag defined in the rule.
  • Place Orders on Hold: Puts future orders from the customer on hold when the defined tag is applied to them.
  • Send Free Shipping Coupon: Sends a free shipping coupon to customers who receive the specified tag. To use this action, you need to configure your Klaviyo or Sendlane integration.

Important Note on Retroactive Application

When a rule is marked as retroactive, the action will also apply to customers or orders that already meet the condition defined in the rule at the time it is created.
