Editing Rules
To edit an existing rule, start by navigating to the Rules Engine page, where you'll find the table listing all your created rules.
How to Edit a Rule
- Locate the rule you wish to edit in the table.
- Click on the rule name to open the editing interface.

- The Rule Creation Form will appear, now in edit mode. You can modify any fields to adjust the rule according to your needs.
- At the bottom of the form, click the Edit Rule button to save your changes.

Activating and Deactivating Rules
You can also activate or deactivate a rule from the editing interface. Next to the Edit Rule button, you'll find an Activate/Deactivate Rule button, depending on the rule's current status. Clicking this button will toggle the rule's status between active and inactive.
- When a rule is inactive, its actions will not execute, even if the defined conditions are met.
- By default, rules are set to Active when created.

Keep your rules active or inactive as needed to manage your workflows effectively.
