Editing Rules

To edit an existing rule, start by navigating to the Rules Engine page, where you'll find the table listing all your created rules.

How to Edit a Rule

  1. Locate the rule you wish to edit in the table.
  2. Click on the rule name to open the editing interface.
  1. The Rule Creation Form will appear, now in edit mode. You can modify any fields to adjust the rule according to your needs.
  2. At the bottom of the form, click the Edit Rule button to save your changes.

Activating and Deactivating Rules

You can also activate or deactivate a rule from the editing interface. Next to the Edit Rule button, you'll find an Activate/Deactivate Rule button, depending on the rule's current status. Clicking this button will toggle the rule's status between active and inactive.

  • When a rule is inactive, its actions will not execute, even if the defined conditions are met.
  • By default, rules are set to Active when created.

Keep your rules active or inactive as needed to manage your workflows effectively.
