Gorgias

Overview

Deliverlitics integrates seamlessly with Gorgias to provide Customer Intelligence directly within your Gorgias dashboard. By leveraging this feature, merchants can evaluate users through surveys and manage behavioral insights, reflected as Shopify tags viewable inside Shopify and the Gorgias Widget. This allows customer service teams to understand better user behavior, such as identifying rude or potentially fraudulent customers based on ticket interactions.

Prerequisites

1. Deliverlitics App: in your store, you must install our Shopify application first.
2. Gorgias Account: You must have a Gorgias account with appropriate permissions to install third-party apps.
3. Shopify - Gorgias Connection: Make sure your Gorgias account is already connected to your Shopify store.
4. HTTP Integration: Make sure you have HTTP Integrations enabled (just enabled, you do not need to add anything 😃).

Installation Steps

1. Navigate to the Gorgias App Marketplace:

3. Install the App:

   • Click the "Install" button next to the Deliverlitics app.
   • Authorize the integration by granting access to your tickets, widgets, and integrations when prompted.
